Before ordering semen, please have the following information on file with Toyon Ranch LLC:

• a signed breeding contract

• copy of your mare’s papers

• shipped semen form

• credit card authorization form

 

To request a contract or if you have misplaced any of the above forms, please contact our stallion manager at toyonstallions@gmail.com or 940-290-4120.  *Canadian shipments require an import permit on file as well. Please contact our stallion manager in advance for Canadian shipments. 

 

Toyon Ranch LLC collects stallions on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s. Please call or text to order semen by 5pm central time the day before you need the collection. Confirmations or cancellations need to be made by call or text by 8am central on the day of collection. Please make sure you speak with the stallion manager or receive a reply to ensure your shipment has been confirmed or canceled before it has been sent. 

 

Please have the following information when you order semen:

• Mares registered name

• Stallions name

• Address or airport for shipment

• Contact name and number for shipment
